It will take a few days for me to shape the features of the community to our liking.  Meanwhile, your feedback is appeciated.  Please tell me what works and what does not.  Is any part of the format hard to follow or hard to read?  Do you have experience with Ning groups to make things flow even better?  Then by all means, please let me know.
